成都航宇超合金技术有限公司专注于航空发动机、燃气轮机热端部件领域。公司主要从事高温合金的研发、生产、销售,航机及燃机单晶定向涡轮叶片的研发、生产、销售、维修服务。

 

成都航宇超合金技术有限公司(简称"成都航宇")成立于2013年7月,是炼石航空科技股份有限公司(简称"炼石航空",股票代码000697)的全资子公司,注册资本2亿元。公司位于成都市双流区西南航空港经济开发区,占地面积220亩。


     


成都都航宇依托母公司“炼石航空”独有的铼金属资源,采用成熟的单晶叶片技术和制造工艺,融合中西方航空制造企业的管理模式,打造了一个符合国际及国内航空航天标准的涡轮叶片研发及生产企业。


公司致力于高温合金材料及单晶涡轮叶片的研发和制造,已建成一个集高温合金冶炼、叶片精密铸造、叶片机械加工、表面处理为一体的完整产业链,并成功研制生产了多款定向、单晶涡轮叶片及高温合金材料。

CAST is an integrated solutions provider that delivers superalloys, castings, machining, coatings, and full make-complete directionally solidified and single-crystal turbine blades components for Aerospace Engines and Industrial Gas Turbines.


Chengdu Aerospace Superalloy Technology Co., Ltd (“CAST”), established in July, 2013, is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Chinese stock market listed company, Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. CAST was established with total investment of ¥900M. The manufacturing facility is set on 3M Square Feet of land in Chengdu, China.


Utilizing our state of the art facilities, with the combination of the best Chinese and Western management and manufacturing practices and techniques, CAST is confident that we will become a world-class DS/SX components manufacturing company.


CAST has established a complete manufacturing process for directionally solidified and single-crystal components, from simple off-load machining or coatings support to full component manufacturing.
